The Gracey family have farmed at Forthill for over 300 years, since the 1700s. The name Forthill, which is an ancient fort, derives its name from a circle of trees which are still on Forthill farm today.
Kenny and Jennifer Gracey are continuing the traditional methods of farming at Forthill in Tandragee, producing the best quality free range pork and free range beef from traditional and rare breeds such as Longhorn and Belted Galloway cattle and Gloucestershire Old Spots and Saddleback pigs. They believe firmly in the benefits of native, environmentally friendly farming techniques which eliminate the use of sprays and fertilisers and thus are easier on the land. The end result is slow to mature animals which produce a first class flavour and texture which is second to none.
