In the heart of the Glens of Antrim, this second floor self contained flat is in a Victorian country house overlooking Cushendall Bay. It sleeps four people, with two bedrooms, and central heating. A five minute walk to Cushendall village.

This spacious apartment has a kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, bathroom and hall. Centrally heated, this apartment has one open working fire place. A cot is available at £10 per week. There is also Sky TV, broadband, and DVD player.

There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer in the basement. The house is surrounded by a large garden with ample parking space. Portnagolan is about ten minutes from Cushendall village, a small farming village with about 1,400 inhabitants.

A forest park at Parkmore, with walks in the mountains by numerous waterfalls. Great possibilities for bird watching, also sea and river fishing. There is a nine hole golf course. Cushendall has a sailing club and Ardclinis Activity Centre can arrange rock climbing, wind surfing and mountain bike trips.

The beach in Cushendall is somewhat stoney but there are sandy beaches at Waterfoot, a three mile drive south and Cushendun, five miles North. The nearest town Ballymena is 18 miles away. Belfast is 50 miles south of Cushendall and Belfast International Airport is approximately 40 miles away. Larne Ferry Harbour is approximately 35 miles south of Cushendall, from where the Nine Glens are very easily accessible.
Ballycastle is only 15 miles away. There are good grass and hardcore tennis courts as well as a bowling green.
